Returns

  • Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we'll cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund within 3–5 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Total Timeframe: Including shipping and bank processing times, please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
